Refund Policy

Refund Policy for ReignTech Bookkeeping LLC

Effective Date: July 12, 2025

ReignTech Bookkeeping LLC ("ReignTech," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to providing high-quality online bookkeeping services. This Refund Policy outlines our terms for refunds related to services provided to you ("Client" or "you"). By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by this Refund Policy, which forms part of our Terms and Conditions.

1. No Refunds for Services Rendered

 

ReignTech does not offer refunds for services that have been fully rendered. Once bookkeeping services, including but not limited to financial recordkeeping, account reconciliation, payroll processing, or financial reporting, have been completed as outlined in the Letter of Engagement, no refunds will be issued for those services, regardless of the Client’s satisfaction or subsequent use of the deliverables.

2. Prorated Refunds for Partial Months

 

For services billed on a monthly retainer or subscription basis, if the Client terminates the agreement mid-month and only partial services have been rendered, ReignTech will issue a prorated refund for the unrendered portion of the month. The refund amount will be calculated based on the proportion of the month remaining and the services not yet performed, as determined by ReignTech’s records. For example:

  • If the Client terminates services halfway through a billing month, and ReignTech has performed approximately 50% of the agreed-upon services, the Client will receive a refund for approximately 50% of that month’s fee.

  • Prorated refunds will be processed within 15 business days of termination and issued via check, unless otherwise agreed.

3. Retainers and Prepaid Fees

 

Any retainers or prepaid fees for services not yet rendered at the time of termination will be refunded to the Client, less any amounts owed for services already provided. Retainer refunds will be processed within 15 business days of termination and issued via the original payment method.

 

4. Non-Refundable Fees

 

Any setup fees, one-time project fees, or expenses incurred with the Client’s prior approval (e.g., cleanups) are non-refundable, unless otherwise specified in the Letter of Engagement.

 

5. Requesting a Refund

 

To request a refund for a partial month or unrendered services, the Client must submit a written request via email to info@reigntech.co. The request must include:

  • The Client’s name and contact information.

  • The date of termination or request.

  • A brief explanation of the reason for the refund request. ReignTech will review the request and respond within 7 business days. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 15 business days.

6. Exceptions

 

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Services completed in full, even if the Client disputes the quality or outcome, unless ReignTech has failed to meet the standards outlined in the Letter of Engagement due to gross negligence or willful misconduct.

  • Delays or issues caused by the Client’s failure to provide timely, accurate, or complete information required for service delivery.

  • Services terminated due to the Client’s breach of the Terms and Conditions.

 

7. Changes to Refund Policy

 

ReignTech reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at its sole discretion. The most current version will be posted on our website and effective upon posting. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Refund Policy.
